"I have used Healthy Kin for my supplies for a few years. The products are as described, but the customer service and shipping are beyond expectations. I have only had one item that did not ship the same day and arrive in a couple of days. It was a back order item and they called me the next day to ask if I wanted to wait or cancel. I decided to wait. 2 months later I realized it was not worth waiting for so I emailed them and within 30 minutes I had a full refund to my pay pal account and an email apology, which the back order was not their fault, it happens. I won’t shop anywhere else. The prices are typically even cheaper than what my Insurance company charges me, which is amazing.
