"Product was old! Liquid was dried out!"

"OG review - I made an order that was expected to arrive in 2-3 days, however UPS requested an address change as I wrote it in wrong the first time. Once I did correct the address, about a week ago, all UPS says is "Address change pending" and nothing has changed. Not sure if it is UPS causing the problem or Healthykin holding the package, but these are lifesaving supplies for medicine that I need.

Update: I contacted Healthykin and the service was excellent. Replies were fast and very helpful, I was happy to be talking with a real person instead of a robot. Turns out the issue was not on Healthykin's side, but on mine for not contacting them earlier. I'd definitely recommend this website for anyone in need of medical supplies. Thank you Healthykin for helping me sort this out! "

"Happy to have received the products, BUT…..the box you chose to ship was SOOO much larger than it needed to be, not to mention the excessive use of crumpled paper to top it off!
These are precious resources and I feel you could’ve used a much smaller box!
