"I will not order for this website again … I had ordered 3 of FitBALL Balance Disc for people in the office on March 28th and I have yet to receive them… when I look up the status of the shipping all it says is processing. I always have to order things for people in the office when it comes to back support and all ergonomics things that are needed so when I found this website I thought it would be a good place to get the things we need from so I don’t have to shop around but I was wrong.

Ok so you had the order reshipped and I was checking on the states of it to see if I would be receiving it today and when I looked it up in NOW says it is being RETURED TO SENDER….. Not happy right now…. I now want to see what I need to do to get the money back on the card… I need a phone call from someone that works for this place… "

"So far not impressed. I ordered 2 kangaroo bags and a foley catheter last week. My ex ordered 2 kangaroo bags a few months ago and got them the next day. My order took 5 days AND when it arrived the bags were not in there! I NEED THEM. Because there was no phone number I sent a strongly worded email through their site. If their customer service is good, i'll update my review. If not, I'll keep it and take my business elsewhere.

UPDATED: Finally got the second shipment and they were the WRONG ITEMS. Between the incompetent order filling and the ridiculous shipping costs ($10 for two plastic bags and a plastic tube!), I will not be using this company again. I have requested my money back."
