I placed an order early in the day . had an attack on my bank site , emailed them back to cancel order and they refused said it was already shipped . the next day the order had shipped .
But my concern was they didnt give you a chance to cancel the order .they should wait 24 hours then ship and they should also have a cancel oder button on the site withen the 24 hour period is up .This would be so help full to all customers .
But all else the products were unbelieveable priced and great value . i will be ordering again very soon"

Took 2 months and 3 days to recieve my order! I will pay more and go with Amazon.com next time. :(
Also, I was never sent an email that the item was on back order or the shipping was delayed. Regardless of what Mr. Brown says. Obviously their communication system does not work.
I was told I would be refunded my original shipping fees if I deleted this feedback. Really? I think they should refund the fees and then I will delete feedback. Satisfy the customer and then your review will reflect your service.
This company bullies people into changing their feedback if they want a refund. AWFUL!
