"Second time I've ordered from this Healthy Pets. First time went off without a hitch. Now the SECOND, well not so much. Placed my order, THEN I get an email sent saying half of the stuff I ordered had to be "back ordered" because it was not in stock. Here's an idea, how bout maybe saying that it's out of stock and will have to be back ordered BEFORE i place my order and you have my money out of the bank??? MAYBE, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place and tried somewhere else? As it turns out, it took almost a month before I was sent an email saying it was finally in and being shipped, saying "it should be here the day before Christmas? I get bombarded by emails, daily from you guys and I'm tempted to never order again and stop the emails but I do like your products. I'm not happy with the amount of time it takes to get what I order and what I paid for shipping and when I'm told when I click submit, it tells me to expect shipping in X amount of days, only to be sent an email later saying you have to back order. NOT accepable. If you're out, SAY you're out. It sure didn't take you long to take my money out of my account. No, that's automatic. It should never take that long to get something you order, I DO NOT care that it's because it's close to the holidays. You should plan for that maybe???? All I know is next time, I'll give it a long thought before I buy from you again."
