Your delivery times are always horrendous.

As an example, last time I ordered from you I also ordered from a supplier in Chicargo (I ordered from you first). The orders were the same value. Their goods arrived before yours were even packed. It took another 2 weeks for yours to arrive. Their postage was free, I had to pay for yours.

I only order from you becase I can't find the stuff I want elsewhere.

Just to add to this, I have just checked the status of my order and notice that it is "pending", this is some 10 daya after I placed the order, HealthyPets haven't even extend me the courtesy of an email to tell me that there is a delay."

"I'm dissapointed. I ordered 6 different items. 5 items are on backorder, with no indication of when I could possibly receive them, and one item is discontinued. I attempted to call customer service and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I E Mailed customer service Friday evening. No response yet, but it is the weekend. I have ordered from entirely pets several times, without incident, so I am holding out hope that this will turn out ok."
