"Despite my email request to find out the status of my purchase, I have not heard back from HealthyPets.com. When I attempted to track my order on the Site, it said that my pet-stroller was still in the warehouse and was unable to track it. Since it has been two weeks since I placed my order, I need to know how much longer it will take to get here. My dog had an operation on his leg and cannot walk and he is too heavy for me to carry down to the garden to go to the toilet. I NEED THE PET-STROLLER, NOW. IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER WITHIN THE WEEK THEN PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER.

These items are always either out of stock or discontinued and HP elects to hold my order until they are available. Most of the itemsare impluse purchases I would choose to cancel given the option.My last order took 4 phone calls (2 of which I hung up after being on hold 15 minutes) 2 messages and 1 email to get resolved.Customer service is not a priority."

I never received a confirmation with a tracking number so I called to check and chatted online for a status. They had never shipped my products. The could not give me an explanation. I am waiting on a refund from them to my paypal company. "
