Order screen asked for the address, city/state and country. If we put in a US State, why is it asking us to put in a country? If the State of VA is in the US, shouldn't it automatically recognize that? The issue needs to be fixed or I will not order from HealthyPets.com again"

"It was best difficult navigating your website on my phone. The pop ups are too much. It asked if i wanted to live chat about 10 times and it took several steps just to continue shopping. It was a bit annoying. Perhaps you have to update your site or mobile site."

"Placed an order on 02 April. Tried to check on the order on 26 April, but couldn't log in to the account - "account not verified, click here" => bringing me to the login page => bringing me to "account not verified", etc.
Called and left my number in the queue. They called back within a minute so that was good. Found my order without an order number, and was told the item was on backorder. I asked why I never received a notice and wasn't given an answer. I asked about the verify-login loop and wasn't given an answer. The agent was entirely unhelpful, so I cancelled my order, and despite the good prices, will probably shop elsewhere."
