"The cushion has still NOT BEEN DELIVERED because Fedex has repeatedly failed to bring it at the agreed delivery time and refuses to leave it with the apartment manager, claiming you require the recipient's signature. I spent hours trying to arrange a delivery time through their online form but their website was malfunctioning one morning and giving me "try again later" messages when I tried again later. I finally called and got a human being on the phone who said the package would be delivered last Friday late afternoon and that they'd call first. They did neither, and have attempted to deliver it at three other times when the recipient, my sister, was at work. Please either instruct Fedex to leave it with the apartment manager (it's a $45 cushion, not gold bars) or call my sister ahead of delivery attempts to make sure she is home -- ***-***-****. Your company's reputation suffers greatly from whatever deal you have with Fedex as they are routinely unresponsive to customers' needs."

"My order was very easy to complete and the product is great. My only criticism involves the mediocre delivery. I was told that the delivery company would call me (they didn't) and that they would bring the chair to my 3rd floor (with an elevator) assisted living facility apartment (they wouldn't). The rep from Healthy Back was good- - but his assistance turned out to be for naught; for all of the rep's talk, the final result was less than satisfactory. Disappointed with the customer service mainly due to the delivery company. "

"This seat has saved me from being in so much pain. From the second I came out out of back surgery in 2/2012, I have had other problems I didnt have prior to surgery. I could not sit in my recliner, couch or any car seat without the pain being so bad it was not tolerable! This seat helps because it keeps my spine from slumping down in all those badly made car seats! Amen and Thank you for your product! Billy and Betty"

"This car seat pillow cruses down a little too much. I bought it so that I would sit a little higher, but I was disappointed when I used it for the fisrt time.......it sank down more than I expected it to."
