She is supposed to be getting back to me. I still have no idea what happened, no pillow and a $169 charge on my credit card"
"I ordered a Teeter Hang-Ups inversion table from Healthy Back.
They were very knowledgable, and helpful.
Their price was also better than anywhere else, including the price on the Teeter Hang-Ups site.
There were technical issues with the table, when it arrived...but that wasn't Healthy Back's fault. It was due to the poor packaging done by Teeter Hang-Ups.

"The chair was fine as far as posture, size, etc. The big issues I see are the quality of the foam used for both the knee and butt rests. It was too low density and bottoms out against the wood support when you sit on it and I am not very heavy. Some high density foam along with a more robust fabric would have been appropriate for this chair and would have made it a much nicer unit. The casters are also of low quality and will slide sideways before they will turn and roll the way they are supposed to. I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed. I thought by paying a little more I might get a nicer chair but I was mistaken. If I was you I would pass on this unit!"

Ex. for a 2nd time, I get a threatening note that I have one LAST chance to sign for a package from JOBRI. I don't even know who that is. I would never agree to signature only packages. Especially if they're going to be 7 separate packages coming all different days. I do not have time for that. Bring my package leave it at my door. If not you can have your package and I'll take a credit on my credit card and I'll buy my back comfort items somewhere else while I dispute the payment claim on my credit card from your company."
"Prompt delivery, well packed with reusable carry bag. Trial seating on a garden chair was soo comfortable. My sister-in-law sat on the second one and also raved about the comfortable cushion. A new longer car trip on Sunday, will see how my back handles this long trip."
