There was no way to see when the item was shipped without calling or emailing the company and I sent and email on 1-14-14 and never received a reply back, then I called and left a message on 1-18-14 and never received a reply back from that either. On 1-21-14 finally called and got a customer service and the only thing that he told me was that Tempur was behind on orders from Christmas and it would take 10 days but that was never disclosed at checkout. It said that it was in stock."
