"The chair was a holiday gift. The box arrived with numerous holes ripped in the bottom and sides. The chair mechanism was bent preventing assembly and two nuts were missing. There were instructions to call a West coast company for replacement parts. The company was helpful but the parts could not be ordered over the phone. Completing a form on the firm's website was necessary to request the replacement parts."

"Healthy Back did not indicate there may be any delay in shipping the product. I placed the order on 12/14 with the belief that 2 weeks before Christmas would be reasonable. I sent an e-mail 12/19 to determine an estimated ship date and they never responded. Then on 12/21, I called customer service just after 10AM EST and the gentleman stated a cargo container was the hold-up (whatever that means)? Customer service was very pleasant and honest. I would rate his quality as very high. But I will not order from this company again, AND I PLAN TO ORDER MORE OF THE SAME ITEM! This quote is from the e-mail I received when I placed my order: "All items stocked for immediate shipping normally ship in 1-2 business days if ordered by Friday at 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship the next business day. Items that are not stocked for immediate shipping and ship directly from our vendors normally ship in 3-4 business days." I know the quote says "normally" ship in 3-4 days, but when 7 days have passed and I did not hear a word, then the company is a place I do not want to do future business with."
