I have purchased 4 chairs and a Tempurpedic Mattress from Healthyback and 4 years later they are all in fantastic condition. Well, one chair which I just purchased has yet to stand that test but I have no doubt that it will.

I guess what I am getting at is that Healthy Back does not sell crap that breaks in 6 to 12 months. Everything purchased is an investment towards better posture and comfort.

Also many times I like to just walk in the store and see what is new, because they do cycle stuff through and it is always relaxing to check out the massage chairs and new beds!"

"It's January 6th and I still haven't received the car seat that I ordered on Dec. 21. I called them directly and asked what was taking so long. They said it would be here January 9th which "is within the 10 business days guarantee (based on a 5-day work week, not counting holidays). I realize I ordered it late for Christmas delivery, but instead of acknowledging that it's taking longer than it should, they're denying it's taking an extended length of time. Though I'm dissatisfied with customer service, I could not be more satisfied with the product. I'm ordering it for my husband who has developed back trouble. I already have one I've had for years and it has been a God-send. I've had 2 back surgeries due to severe spinal stenosis. I do quite a bit of sitting due to leg muscle weakness and the seat allows me to sit comfortably in a good chair without doing further damage to my back."
