"The perfect zero gravity chair was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I purchased the white glove delivery in which the chair was supposed to be assembled upon delivered. The freight company advised they do not assemble the chairs and that I would have to contact healthy back. So far after a week the un assembled chair is sitting in the corner of my room. Healthy back as of Monday claims that they are trying to figure out who to send out to assemble the chair whether it is someone from the ware house or a third party. Hopefully they will send someone out later in the week as promised so that I can give this a proper review.

"Placed an order and my credit card was charged on 9/20/2013. I never received a shippment confirmation, after over a week, the customer service dept responded they would get back to me in a couple of days! as of this writing, 9/30/2013 still no word on my order. would never use these guys again. will dispute the charge and go on to another vendor."

"I was very satisfied with the buying experience but not delivery. I have not received my bag yet and I was planning to take it with me on vacation this weekend. I have not had any word on whether it has shipped yet or when I will receive it. If it has not shipped yet and will not be here by Saturday the 28th, I would like to cancel the order."
