"I ordered this for a birthday gift. I did not need nor require a signiture for delivery but that is what happened. The item came on a Saturday and no one was home to sign for it so it was taken back. I called to see when it could be delivered again or to an alternate address at a business and was informed the shipper would have to request the change. Now it will be late for her birthday on Sept. 11. "
