"Package was sent Fed Ex to my son in TX. He wasn't at his home and package was not left - needing signature. He called Fed Ex asking that they leave package the next day without signature. They refused. His nearest pick up point was 40 miles away.
Either he drove when he was not working or he stay home from work for a 3 hour drop off window, losing pay in the meantime.
Had I known all of the above, perhaps a different arrangement could have been made with the Healthy Back shipping, etc.

"I was told that our Lift Chair would be delivered to our house. But, the driver left the Chair on the curb in a box. When I asked him to bring it into he told me there was a $60 charge... which had NOT been explained. THEN, I had to help him carry the box into the house myself. Not a good experience!"

I called Customer Service on September 19 to find out where my order is and was told that this product ships from the manufacturer and takes 10 business days. I will probably have to buy a pillow at the airport and return this one. Healthy Back is awful and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have ordered from Amazon - free 2 day shipping!"

(two pieces were glued together incorrectly so that, when assembled , the kneeling cushion was backwards.) when i called to report the problem, I was given insufficient information on how to schedule a return pick-up with Fed-ex; I was also told a new chair would be sent to me but it has yet to arrive, neither did i receive any email confirming a process of delivery. The customer service has been nearly impossible to get a hold of since, nor have they responded to any of my emails. "
