"I ordered an item on Friday, March 13, Healthy Back followed up with an email stating I would receive the item the following Monday or Tuesday. After not receiving the item I wrote an email the next Friday with the order # stating I had not received it, got no reply. I then called and was told I probably didn't get the email that stated the item was on back order and I probably would receive it next week. Not great service."

support which was supposed to be "buy one get one free" based on the
catalog I received in the mail (Mail ID: WA40421, Source Code: ACI11).

To date I have received one back lumbar support, a lame bamboo
back scratcher, and a squeeze ball. No inflatable lumbar support,
and no 2nd/buy-one-get-one-free back lumbar support.

"on 2-26-2015 I purchased 3 items 2 office chairs that I paid by PAYPAL account and 1 Pillow by personal credit card. Paypal will email you when your shipment should arrive. Healthy Back doesn't care about how much you spend with them and customer service is the worst.
They state that they ship in two days, because of the amount of snow the east coast I figured about 6 days. My Chairs arrived on the 3rd of March. Chairs. This Pillow, I have no idea where it is. Saturday 3-7-2015 customer Service said it was being delivered that day via FEDEX. Nope.
The problem is I have neck problems and my doctor said this pillow can help me sleep better and at least not wake up with a stiff neck. So, I have been excited to get this item. I probably will never buy again from this company. People you have to CARE about your customers or they will leave you and tell people about your lousy service."
