"The man who spoke with me on the phone was very helpful, and the website was pretty direct. It was a little frustrating to want an item that is listed on the website, yet it is not yet for sale (why not just wait to post it until its available?)
Also, we have yet to actually receive the order (placed 15 days ago.) So I can't really review the product until it arrives. In the past we have liked the wooden version of the kneeling chair, though each time they break down near the rollers. I'm hoping this time the metal model is more durable. We will see."
