"I spoke to Chris Gannon, a male employee who was very professional and knowledgeable. One of my concerns was after spending $99.99 for the Magniflex Comfort Pillow, if I didn't like it, could I return it. Chris said that he would allow me a 30-day trial period with a money back guarantee minus the return shipping and handling charge of $5.99. I happily placed the order. My email confirmation stated that in stock items ship in 1 - 2 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor normally ship in 3 - 4 business days. I placed my order on 8/13 so I expected to get it by Saturday, 8/17 since I was not told the item was out-of-stock. On Monday, 8/19, I called to find out the status of my order. I received an email from Adam Holmes that stated: "The manufacturer is actually closed during this month for a summer break and will begin production again on September 2nd. The item should be delivered by the 2nd week of September." Healthy Back should have been aware of this, and I should have been told before placing my order so I could decide if I wanted to wait that long for shipment. Moreover, I receive my credit card statement and see that the product,although not shipping until the second week of September, had been posted the very next day on 8/14 after placing the order. This is just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!"
