"I ordered car seat cushions on 11/12/14 with delivery expected in 3-4 business days. I phoned on 11/19, to check the status of the delivery. Lee, in customer support, was unable to access the info on my order - he didn't have security access and his supervisor, Stacy, was not there. I was told she would call me on the 20th. Of course, that did not happen.
I phoned on the 21st, and got Lee in customer support again! He checked with Stacy and found out the items I had ordered were not in stock. I requested that my order be cancelled and asked that I receive an email confirming that this cancellation had happened. Lee assured me that within 15 minutes, I would receive the email. I am writing this review one day later, I have received no email.
I am monitoring my charge account because I am concerned that my charge card might be compromised."

After having to wait for the item to be shipped from the manufacturer, I decided I would make due with the incorrect color. My concern is that I decided to order another for the passenger side of my vehicle and what happens when the incorrect color is shipped again? After my initial purchase I took a survey to receive $7 off my next order. When I tried to use the promo code, it was invalid. Not the smoothest experience, to say the least. Trying to decide now if I want to do business with HealthyBack again or shop elsewhere."
