in the beginning everything looks good but after few days when I checked to track my package I noticed it did not progress at all.
I emailed them and I think it was a bot answering the emails not a real person!
Stay away from this online fraud!

"I placed an order online snd was told 3-5 business day delivery. Gave all my info. Timing was important as we were leaving the country after 7 days. On the fifth day I emailed enquiring where our order was and was told they had a problem processing the payment ( which there shouldn’t have been as I bought from 7 companies online that same night and every other One went through. I told them it was time sensitive as we were leaving for 6 months. It’s sad that I had to contact them as no one contacted me about a problem. We won’t get our products now and no one replied to my follow up email. Awful service.

After weeks of emails back and forth asking for our money to be refunded we were told they can only issue store credit, well considering if we used that credit we wouldn’t receive that package anyway! So, I took over and found the number spoke with a customer service agent and was refused as a one time Courtesy our money. Considering the situation and Carefully reviewed by a customer service agent it shouldn’t take weeks of emailing back-and-forth to receive the proper refund. "In the last three years, I dealt twice with this outfit and both times I received my shipment in Canada well beyond the time frame of 5 to 7 days they claim and guarantee in their site. My last order was shipped with UPS on May 27, 2020 and I received it on July 20th, 2020. According to the UPS tracking info, it took 37 days for my shipment to reach the Canadian border and 16 days to its destination in Montreal, Canada.
During this period, I was contacting Healthy and Active customer service regularly requesting the status of my shipment and I was always told that it is not their fault and should check with the UPS tracking system.
When I finally got the shipment and contacted the customer services department to let them know, I was told that Canada delayed the delivery due to COVID-19 when clearly based on the UPS tracking info most of the delay occurred within the territory of USA.
Bottom line, I found the customer service extremely bad with poor communication skills. The representatives are rude and blatant liars. As for the shipping info stated in their site is definitely unreliable. The company is not serious and they do not care about their customers. Therefore, based on my personal experience beware and stay away from this company because the least I can say is that they are undependable and unreliable."
"They try to make you pay for their mistakes. Been waiting over two months and they tried to have me pay shipping three different times due to their clerical errors. Their customer service leaves plenty to be desired, and there is no communication betwixt workers. Luckily I archived all of our correspondence, or they would have gotten away with lying to me.
