"Was a long time value club member, canceled after some bad experiences. Couldn't cancel last order, told I could refuse delivery and pay a 10.00 fee to return it. What a joke. Never buying from heartless again!"

Shopping and Shipping.

"This was a terrible experience not sure if I will shop again to Heartland. When I was through shopping, there was no indication that a PO Box was not to be used for shipping. I was waiting for notification that my order was being shipped, only to find out that it was put on hold as a PO Box was not viable for shipping. You got my credit card for payment, now I have to wait for the house number to be received by your company. There should be notice when entering the shipping information that a PO Box is not to be used for shipping. "
