"ordered a size 9 by mistake late Sunday night; immediately tried to contact to change size; no one avaliable as would be expected Sunday late so sent email as directed on your site.
Got message Monday am saying cannot change its in shipping and I can refuse whole delivery for ~$9.99 and reorder every other item on the order but could not have the item even removed from the shipment in the shipping department and balance shipped, never mind changed from 9 to 11.
THe item was 8.99 of a $96 multi item order.
I am customer for decades and always satisfied until came up against this inflexable policy even though item was not yet shipped.
