"So i order a portable dvd player (around 89 bucks) i get the delivery a week later. I set up the player and the lid will not close all the way,so the player will not load the dvd. I box the player up and call customer service, the guy at the other end says no problem. keep the player i'm sending you another one. So i wait 12 days and no dvd player, so i called again to check on the status of the dvd this person says that the dvd has to be returned, that no dvd was ever shipped to me. Luckly i had left the dvd boxed up. So i request a return label and she said she would request one and that i should receive an e-mail with a pdf on monday. This was Saturday, so i thought ok . Well just some short time later i get an e-mail with a pdf . So it seems that some employees don't know what is going on and don't know the polices of the company. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing."
