"dress did not come as requested, it was not exactly the same as the website and when I tried to return it, they coerced me into keeping something I did not want, and even said that if I returned it they would not pay the entire amount I paid. Very disrespectful company to the consumer."

After several emails they finally sent a label but it has to go back to China and they will only refund a partial amount and I doubt I will ever see my money again. Never using them again!!!"

"I specifically bought a regular size and not a custom size so I could try it on and return if I didn’t like the way the dresses felt/sat on my body. I am typically a size 2-4 us and bought a 4 just in case the sizes ran too small. One of the dresses had a material that I couldn’t specifically identify in the pictures and when I got it, it was very stiff and there’s no way I could wear that all night long. The other dress was okay, but again, being purchased online it’s hard to really tell how the dress is going to look. When I asked to return, the person was very rude and said the order was correct and weren’t going to let me return. Then I asked if I could at least return one of the dresses and they said sure but I’d have to pay for shipping and would have 20% taken out for “restocking fee”. I’m glad I’m able to return at least one of them but I’m definitely never ordering from hebeos again. "

The only negative review I can give its about the communication between seller and buyer. They never send an email or even a track number that we can follow the shipment. Even after I received the dress they never got in contact, otherwise everything worked properly. Definitely, I will buy again from Hebeos, but please, make better the way to communicate with your clients.
