"This is the email I sent customer service after I tried to return the dress. They said it was custom sewn, therefore, I couldn't return it. Even after a couple of emails back & forth, they offered me a 10% refund!
First of all, the dress I received does not look at all like the one pictured. I realize everyone is shaped differently. Second, this is NOT a tailored, made-to-order dress. If that were the case, I would not have had to choose from a chart - I would have been able to give exact measurements! I expected to have the dress hemmed, but not altered everywhere else. Getting the dress to fit the way its supposed to fit is going to cost as much as the actual dress. I will say that the sewing quality was really good, but the material is awful & it looks like a 1980s prom dress! The actual dress is "poofy" on the hips, but not on the website. Also, the circular "breast pads" look absolutely ridiculous! They're extremely noticeable & it looks like my **** are hard & showing through (which they're not because the pad is so thick). I feel like this dress was poorly misrepresented. I'm glad we only ordered 1 of the bridemades dresses to see how it was going to look before buying all of the bridesmaids dresses! I would NEVER consider recommending this company to anyone! I've gotten 2 emails from their customer service & they basically say "too bad". Before I even placed the order, I looked on their return and refund page to see if there would be any issue if I needed to return the dress & it didn't seem like there would be one as long as I contacted them within 14 days, which I did."
"The fabric is decent but the sewing quality is not. The stitching looks like it was done in a rush, the dress is not symmetrical and the bows were off and not centered, I put it on a mannequin so that's why i say it is not symmetrical. The glitter was applied with a what looks like a glue gun, the glue shows. Shipping time was a couple days earlier which was good but now i have to take it to fix which will take more time and extra money. Price should be lower for fabricating quality. It was not what I expected from the pictures. Now I will try to return it which I don't know if they will accept it and refund the full amount. Hopefully they do."

"I was nervous about ordering, especially after I visited a bridal shop and absolutely nothing there fit me, or my style. I took pictures of this dress with me, and they had nothing close. So after a terrible experience shopping, I had my mom help me take measurements and I ordered the dress that I fell in love with! Shipping said arrival May 25, I had it in my hand May 18! I was beyond thrilled that it was early, because my wedding is June 10, and the fact that it fit wonderfully blew my mind. The ad suggests to add an inch around the waist, I do not recommend doing that as I will now have to take it in a little, but better to take it in a little than have to let it out. Taking it in I am able to do myself. So incredibly happy with the dress and the purchase experience through this company!!! I highly recommend them, and if you are nervous about ordering, don't be. The dress looks fabulous and I can't wait to wear it. I received it in time to return the other dress that I purchased 'just in case' and so glad to be able to wear this one! Can't go wrong for the price, I couldn't see spending the money the bridal shop wanted for a dress that didn't fit me. The style of this dress perfectly compliments my barn wedding, and my classy/practical style. So glad I ordered from this company, down the road if the need arises for another special occasion dress, I will look here first and order without hesitation!"
