"Worst experience in online shopping. I ordered some dresses, I saw online it said they have a 14 day return policy. After ordering I receive an email from their customer service asking if I was planning to keep all dresses. I thought this was strange but nevertheless emailed them that I would be keeping them all if they met my standards. They came in, and they did not fit and honestly I didn't like them. Quality was mid and for the price you're paying, it seems knockoff. I immediately then look for the return procedure on their website(I'm not new to online shopping so most places have a document you print to put on your return package) but I could not even find a page about returns. I email them directly and tell them my story in more detail and how I wanted to return.
They told me their return policy does not refund you 100% and they wanted pictures of how it didnt fit and all this extra stuff. I've never had this issue with the many other online sites I've ordered from.
I tell them how I just want to return and get my money back, and I'm travelling so I didnt have time to do all this extra stuff as I just wanted to get the returns ready.
They tell me that I told them I was definitely going to keep them(leaving out the part I said if they were to my standards) and then they offered me unsolicited advice how I can sell them, wear them to other events, etc.
Just horrible. All that money spent, and they aren't even that nice of dresses.

I would Highly suggest going to a David’s bridal or ordering locally rather than fromChina unless you live there bc returns are not an option. They measure wrong, 3 dresses came back too short and wide. Can’t even wear them without falling off. Horrible horrible horrible’"

"I love both dresses I received. It was hard to make a decision on one of them due to not having any real review pics, but I took a chance anyway. My plan was to return the one I liked least... HEADS UP! Please read the full return policy because I did not... I cannot return unless it's basically a legitimate reasoning (wrong color, size, defect, etc). Otherwise you receive a credit or partial refund. I am still happy with both dresses quality, and the shipping was quicker than I thought."

"I have made multiple attempts to return a dress that did not fit description/arrive as described and I have had nothing but problems the entire time. It took over a week to get a response and each email only offers a small discount or refund (15%) to keep the dress. When I said I want to return. It for a full refund, I was told they'd refund 85% but I'd have to pay to ship and have a 15% restocking fee, which doesn't reimburse even 50%. Absolutely ridiculous."
