"Hebeos is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! They do not allow returns in any circumstances. I was traveling when my dress arrived and I was not able to try it out and let them know that I want to return it in 7 days. The response I received was that complaint period for my order was over and no returns were accepted and I should just have it tailored locally and pay for it. I researched other reviews and found out that they do not allow returns in any circumstances, not even if you receive a wrong color!
Absolutely disgusting business model and horrible customer service!

"My wife ordered a wedding dress but after finalising the order, Hebeos posted a delivery date much later than advertised and too late for the wedding. My wife immediately cancelled the order, within 2 hours but Hebeos went ahead and charged both the full price AND a cancellation fee. We are still arguing about it 3 months later."

According to their terms and conditions, they refund or replace damaged goods, but no such thing. This company pretends to be English, but is in fact based in China and is in my view a shoddy, fraudulent business. Stay well clear!"

"Their site says they allow returns if the dress is unaltered with tags attached. My dress was exactly that. Their response to me was “you cannot return a dress just because it doesn’t look good on you, request declined.” This is so ridiculous and I wasted a full $180. The dress was simply not what i wanted it to look like on me so i packed it back up within 5 minutes of opening it and tried to return. The fact that their site lies 100% about returns is very sad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them. The dresses don’t look like what the models are wearing... "
