"I ordered a dress and what I received was nothing like the picture. The material was so thin you could even see my seamless underwear! The dress I received is a cheap replica of what I ordered. This company is completely deceptive and negligent. They will not resolve their wrong and have told me through severallll communications to have it altered. I let them know that the problem is not something an alteration can fix. They refuse to issue me any sort of refund. They do not issue refunds under any circumstance for that matter. They are fraudulent thieves. "
"I ordered a size 6 dress per their measurements (not customer ordered) for my daughter for home coming. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and came the day before her event. The dress was not the color advertised AND the sizing was off. They have REFUSED to refund me for the very expensive dress requiring me to send a picture of my 14 in the dress. Explained I was not comfortable sending a stranger a picture of my daughter, but that was not good enough. DO NOT ORDER from this company!"

And i got the dress and it bigger than my expected and i contacted their customer service as policy and email back and forth between their customer service for 1 week. "I received a very unflattering version of what was marketed as a beautiful dress. The shape was very off. I contacted them right away. They took 3 days to reply that that's couldn't be proved and that the dress was made standard and I would have to fix it through a taylor. My experience was so bad, please don't get stuck like I did. I can't afford to buy 2 wedding dresses but that's what I have to do now.

"I was trying to surprise my wife with a dress, in my haste I chose a size 10 based on another size dress in her closet not too keen on the fact that not all sizes are alike (my error), anyways I tried to exchange the dress and after several emails asking for pictures of the problem explaining the situation I get this "hi , the is the size you chose US10 B 36.5 W 29.5 H 39.75 , it is way off your actual size
you chose a wrong size , not our fault , the dress cannot be returned in this case

"Order a dress for my daughter and was told the dress could be returned in seven days. When I contacted customer service they keep giving me the run around about returning the dress. I advised them it is to flattering and bothers her sensitive skin which makes her break out so she cannot wear it. There response well that isn’t anything wrong with the dress to return. My advise please don’t buy from this company they will not return your money even though the day you will. Plus the quality is not great!!! "
"The dress came in the wrong colour, completely different to the image, the fasteners are missing on one side and the bodice sits one inch higher on one side of the bodice.
We took photos to shot them the faults and they still refuse to refund. Do not believe their refund policy and I will be recommending not to buy from them at all. We have paid £93 for a dress that cannot be worn!"
