"Excellent experiance. Ordered a Large HJC IS-2. Revceived it very quickly. Loved the helmet, but it was a little tight. I could not return it as I had worn it a few times, removed stickers, etc... understandable. But when I called for help twice, a very nice person answerd the phone and helped me get a different size liner. That solved the issue and I'm happy. Most impressive thing to me was actually talking to a person when I called. No press 1 for blah blah here. Just good customer service."

"Ordered a Bell helmet from store on Mar 15, 2010. Helmet City sent me an email stating the helmet would be shipped that day and furnished a FedEx tracking # that showed the helmet would be delivered Mar 17. Called FedEx on Mar 18 and they stated the package was never picked up and the tracking # email was generated by Helmet City. Of course my credit card has already been charged.
Added Mar 19: Sent email Mar 18 at 5 AM to ask about my order. Received a response at approximately 12 PM stating stating a reason the helmet was not sent. Helmet was overnighted to me and is scheduled to arrive today before 3 PM.

"I ordered an Aria Vector helmet online. The site was easy to navigate and pricing was competitive, though not the cheapest. You get what you pay for though and cheapest doesn't always equal reliable. Within 2 hours of ordering I received a Fedex confirmation that the helmet had shipped! Helmet arrived within 2 business days in excellent condition. I would definitely order from them again."

"I ordered at 12:17pm on 10/17. Their site claims free two day shipping. It's now 10/21 and no helmet as of yet. I was told it would be here Friday which it wasn't. I didn't need two day shipping, but I don't like being played for a sucker either.
