"You have the worst customer service staff I have ever had to deal with. The person I spoke to had no idea which carrier was bringing the product, on top of that the person (fedex driver) gave my television set to someone else. Which I still believe he did not deliver, because I was home all day waiting and no one came to my door. The tracking information sent to me was for some other customer. I tried to cancel my order that same day and no one had any clue how to cancel orders, I was told I did not make any purchase. I already returned my order and this survey should have been sent to me back in December, and it is just getting to me. I will purchase from your company as long as it is the store in Willowbrook Mall In Wayne, New Jersey."

Additionally, although we bought the care plan for both items ordered, we did not receive the proper documentation. The staff did not even notice either of these things, and we had to ask about it."

"Online experience is terrible my order was cancelled without my knowledge because of putting Dr on my order rather then Drive and it didn’t match my account. I have always had issues trying to make payments online. I have made MANY purchases with Helzberg and recommended a few friends and the main issue I’ve heard was when my best friend’s fiancé passed away on January 9th of last year they would not let him return the merchandise he had purchased 2 weeks earlier. Never worn or even unwrapped due to their “POLICY” but was told he could exchange for different items. Shows that there is more care for the business aspect rather then the customer ."
