"EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with customer service and the way my issue was handled, and the fact that it was not handled at all. I read online when purchasing that I could purchase the LCP with my bracelet and if I was unsatisfied with the LCP then I would have no problem receiving my money back,as long as it was within 60 days. I placed a call stating this, and asking for my money back. I was told that I would have to wait at the very least 5 days, and then I would be contacted regarding as to whether I was approved or not. A week has passed and I've received NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever like I was promised. So this is how you repay your life long customers?
