"We bought a wedding ring from Helzberg over 20 years ago. We have had nothing but problems. They replaced solitaire with lesser quality stone and the baguettes have continuously fallen out. Now they have no history that we even purchased the ring from them. No wonder the retail industry is dead. On top of it all the Customer Service and attitude of their district manager is the WORST! Nice knowing ya."
"Please do not buy your diamonds or bracelets from this store in alliance town center and also buy a care plan. The lifetime care plan is a lie and we just found out first hand today! I have boughten several pieces from them in the past. The diamond bohemian/ gold bracelet my boy friend bought me for Christmas of 2018 had been broken for the entire year I have had it. I brought it in about 4 month or so ago, because it kept sliding open and realized I needed to fix it instead of just letting it sit in my jewelry box for several months. 3 weeks later I was told it was ready for pick up and I went and pick it up and by the time we got home, I told my boyfriend it still sliding open, so once again I took it off, put it in my jewelry box and said when I get a chance I will go back to the store and have them fix it. So about a couple months later I bring it back in and today I went to go pick it up, and the gentlemen I was dealing with, tells me, our jeweler can’t fix it, we can order you a brand new one but you will have to spend more money and buy a new care plan for the new one!!! OR we can send to corporate and it will take about 2 months to see if they can fix it... I am shocked that they sell you an item and convince you to buy the LIFETIME care plan so that if anything breaks, they will fix it or give you a new one, BUT they OMIT a big piece of the care plan that if: they have to give you a new piece, your care plan terminates at that point and you have to buy a new care plan. What’s the point of me getting a new piece if I know the new bracelet is going to have the same faulty issue with it sliding open after a couple weeks! What the **** is the point. I WILL NEVER BUT JEWELRY FROM HELZBERG. They lie and than do not stand by their life time care plan. I will let all my friends know this and hope some of you out there will learn from our **** customer service experience and save yourselves the headache and waste of money. $1200 wasted on 1 bracelet!!! Never again! "
"I have a bracelet which is of significance sentiment to me, as it was my grandmother's who passed a few years ago. I took it to the store and explained to Nida Arif & Olijuwan Holmes that I wanted the bracelet to shine like it did when I received it. They were so pleasant and immediately took initiative to make it happen, they advised it would take a couple of weeks but I could be confident I would be pleased. Sure enough I received the call and the bracelet looked absolutely beautiful. I've purchased items from there on many occasions usually Judy is my go to girl, she is also very pleasant and always educates me on the quality of diamond my hubby is purchases for me. Definitely our Helzberg in Mayslanding NJ for a smooth transaction. Thanks again, May & Lew "

The way that it has been handled has been appalling. The store calls to say my ring cannot be located but I don’t need to worry because they have the same one in stock and they can have it sized right away!!!! Hell. No. This is NOT the way to handle the situation. I don’t care if the ring cost $30,000 or $30 dollars. It was blessed by those no longer with us and given to me by my husband who is currently in Afghanistan!!!!!
The store has made ZERO effort to call and follow up with me regarding the situation. Aside from the original call I got I have been the one making every follow up call. Once I called and complained to corporate I was offered a new band and a $100 store credit. Wow - $100.00 .... you can tell they they have a lot of remorse about the situation ....
I will not stop writing and complaining to the company until this situation is beyond fixed. Someone needs to answer to this!!!!!!
