"I ordered an item online which was ready to pick up the following day. However, more than 10 days passed and I did not receive an email confirming shipping nor if it was ready to pick up. I had to contact a customer representative who was unable to give me my order status. At the end, I contacted the pick up store (Moreno Valley, CA). They were the ones who told me that my order was actually processed the day after I purchase it, but nobody bothered to send me an email or called me to let me know. The product was good for the price. Unfortunately, the service was very bad."
