"Herbspro is a joke. I ordered a product, then was asked to send them a copy of my credit card statement, then, received a phone call that the order was shipped. I received a text hoping I enjoyed the product. Next day, told order cancelled, out of stock. The whole fiasco took 3 weeks. What a joke, on me. "
"I placed an order from Canada for a single bottle of 25mg Gaba. I was charged just over $28 for a just over $10 product. My cc was charged and then the charge was gone. It was then recharged and the order was filled wrong. I ordered from HerbsPro by mistake. I usually order 2 bottles from Iherb where I pay $25 for 2 bottles, exchange and shipping and get it in 10 business days. They are great! HerbsPro told me I made the mistakes. I never order just one bottle! I reordered from Iherb and got that order first and (2 bottles) and for less. Order from Iherb a much better business!"
"Estimated Aug. date/ Aug. 20-23-2023, ordered 6 items from Herbspro Co. 31909 Hayman St. Hayward CA. After 8 days, I emailed the Herbspro Co. Regarding my order status. No response. 3weeks later I received 3items out of 6 from Herbspro Co. No contact with order updates or adjustments EVER! I emailed Herbspro 15times from my lawyer’s firm regarding completing my credit card fully paid order purchased, location & date of arrival. No response.
Sept.2023 Herbspro posted a status of my incomplete order on SHOp( tracking site). Stating the 2 of the items not received would be refunded. The third item that was not received ( Black Walnut tincture), was never included in refund! Never addressed @ any time from Herbspro Co.in Hayward CA. I emailed Herbspro Co. 10 additional times requesting a full refund. Herbspro NEVER refunded my credit card ever, nor did Herbspro Co. Ever respond to the pending refunds for my 3outstanding items. On my credit statement Sept.2023. NO HERBSPRO REFUND!!! "

Herbspro advertised Now Stevia (8oz bottle) for 14.80. That's a pretty good deal, but shipping was $13.32 for 6 bottles (which I thought was expensive anyway). When I added a legitimate 5% discount code, the shipping jumped to $17.40!
They tacked on another $4.08 after they gave me a discount of $4.44.
What the hell!?!?!? They just basically moved the 5% discount to increased shipping. In no way will I ever buy anything from them again. That $14.80 bottle of stevia really costs $17.70.
Avoid this unethical company - there's plenty of great health companies out there."
"There was a specific item I wanted that was hard to find. I guess you would call it new "old stock". HerbsPro had it on their website. I researched their reviews & saw where they didn't have the best track record. But... they had what I wanted. So I went out on a limb to order. I wanted 12 & the site would only let me order 6. I sent email & got a quick response saying wait a few days until they got more in stock. Sure enough a few days later I was able to order all 12. I waited anxiously for their arrival since I wasn't so sure I would get what I actually ordered. I'm super excited to say I got my package today & it was EXACTLY what I ordered. I am highly satisfied with my order/purchase from HerbsPro!"

I ordered an item to ship to Australia. I could see it went to Berlin in the tracking, then back to the US before they came to Australia. So perhaps they think the address is Austria? It doesn't matter if it took longer, as I have allowed time. However, it was a different item when arrived.

2. Half of order not shipped; other half cancelled no explanation.
3. Item shipped was not as described "Dental chewing gum" was not a gum but a hard candy. Very misleading.
4. They offered 10% discount & free shipping email with no disclaimers, but only when order placed do I find out it didn't apply. Very dishonest.
