"Their prices are fair. Shipping method is extremely fast. But poor customer service via email. I asked them a question and they never responded. I wanted to order another item from them, but it is unlikely as I have questions about that product. However, I am pretty sure that they will not respond to the queries. So planning to do a research online and shop from somewhere else."

"To sum it up, I will never order anything from HIFI Sound Connection again, and would strongly suggest the same to anyone else.
For starters, they advertised and sold me a sub/box/amp combo kit, the sub did not even properly fit in the box. Why they would advertise a combo kit that doesnt even work together is totally beyond me. After realizing this problem, and dealing with multiple customer service reps on the phone for countless hours, they still offered no help or apologies for selling me a faulty product.
Their customer service lines were probably the worst I have ever experianced in my life. They would not put me directly through to a manager, all they did was send me to the managers voicemail where I left mutliple messages and did NOT recieve 1 phone call back.
This is the worst experiance with a company I have ever had in my life, selling and advertising faulty products, and having the worst customer service imaginable to back it up.
I would strongly suggest you save your time and money and shop anywhere else then HIFI Sound Connection."

"If I could give this store a lesser score than one star I would. The overall experience with them was a nightmare, all the way from shipping to customer service. The purchase was made the 21st of Jan. and i recieved product the 21st of Feb., in between those times I called on numerus occasions with no good answers, and a customer service rep. named Lisa that was the rudest person ever, on thre seperate times she answered, she hung up on me, picked up but did not answer but i could hear her typing, and when asked for manager she transferred me to her own voice mail. Because of her and a few other things (mostly her) I will never do business with hifi sound connection agian and I suggest you dont either."

"the shipping was quick as expected. the only downside is the round-a-bout way they make you pay when you buy something through ebay. it takes you to paypal, then takes you back to hifisoundconnection.com to create a new account there, then pay for it through paypal. to me if its through ebay it should be payed through paypal and not taken all around the internet to make the transaction. after all, that was the whole point of the partnership with paypal and ebay in the first place wasn't it?"

"I'm very pleased with my purchase from HiFisound. I upgraded the factory radio with one from HiFisound that I didn't even know existed for my Buick. Had it not been for a picture of this type radio in the shop manual, I probably would not have found mine from HiFisound on Ebay. I spoke with Tony on the phone and he was very helpful making sure I got the right radio that would be interchange with the original. Everything works as expected, except a burned out bulb on the tune up/down button, but I think I can live with it. I feel the price was very reasonable. HiFiSound shipped very quickly and it arrived a day earlier than scheduled."

"Great prices and good selection of products. I only have one gripe and that's regarding communication. I ordered on Feb. 10 and the order was finally shipped Feb 18. Apparently one of the items wasn't in stock which delayed the order. It would have nice to know this information when I ordered or shortly after the order was paid for. "Don’t waste your time and money on them. If it was any lower category, I would rate them that. It was a good deal until I paid for it, I placed the order on a Friday, while chatting w/ a sales person, the payment was made at the same time, and he assured me that I would get my order by next Friday, he said that it would be shipped on Monday. Monday I checked my email, no tracking number, so on Tuesday I contacted the service by online chat, and they said that I didn't paid for the items, I went to my PayPal account and got my confirmation number from Friday and send it to them, he assured me that it would be shipped that same day, later on I checked my email, and again no tracking number. Today again still not shipped, they only sent the billing information to UPS. It was the first and last time, I shop at this place, they customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with, the guy told me that I didn't pay, and when I sent the confirmation statement from PayPal he didn't accept it, and he stopped answering my questions, I request a supervisor and he said that I couldn't have that, they didn't try to resolve the problem, they didn't apologize for the mistake, they treated me at first as I placed the order and never paid for it, they have no respect for the customer. They also lied to me, in a reply they said that vminnovations wasn't a authorized reseller for Kicker, so I emailed Kicker and they said that even them are ware of the bad reputation of hifisoundconnection and that I could buy form vminnovations, that they where authorized resellers. When the speakers arrived, the actual speaker boxes, where ripped and they had no tape on the bottom, I lifted the box and the speaker dropped on my feet, I don’t know if they did on purpose because I emailed complaining. Don’t be fooled by good reviews, they probably paid someone to do it, just look a BBB and epinions.com and you will find out. "
