"I have ordered before from this vendor online and tried to call them to place a new order but I wasn't able to get threw after 5 calls so I decided to place my order online. After ordering I tried to call the Customer service line to get faster shipping but no one answered during business hours.I wanted to pay an extra fee Monday to get it by Friday but couldn't get anyone by email to respond correctly. Apparently they cant read over there or pick up the phone. I finally got some one to email me back after several attempts and the said my box would not ship for a couple of days because they do not know when UPS will pick up from them.So I canceled the order and they still shipped it two days after I canceled it and said it was my fault because I ordered ground instead of listening to my needs for 2 days and after a half a dozen emails and 15 phone tries later."

"It was a good deal until I paid for it, I placed the order on a Friday, while chatting w/ a sales person, the payment was made at the same time, and he assured me that I would get my order by next Friday, he said that it would be shipped on Monday. Monday I checked my email, no tracking number, so on Tuesday I contacted the service by online chat, and they said that I didn't paid for the items, I went to my PayPal account and got my confirmation number from Friday and send it to them, he assured me that it would be shipped that same day, again no tracking number.Today I went to the chat again, item was not shipped but when I asked for my money back, they said they just shipped the item. What was a 9,00 dollars savings, compared to vminnovations, who I have done business before, and ALWAYS, ships on time, turn out to be a nightmare. It was the first and last time, I shop at this place, they customer service is the worse I ever had to deal with, the guy told me that I didn't pay, and when I sent the confirmation statement from PayPal, he stopped answering my questions,I request a supervisor and he said that I couldn't have that, they don't try to resolve the problem, they treat you like nothing."
