"I encountered a number of issues with this order:
When I ordered the radio over the phone I point blank asked the operator if the condition of the radio was "excellent" and his response was yes. The condition of this radio was not excellent, I would have rated the condition as "poor". When I received the radio (it arrived quickly, which is obviously a plus). I opened it to find that it had been packaged poorly in a box that was too small. Only one mounting bracket was attached and it was bent over and caused a dent in the top of the radio chassis. The other thing that caught my eye was the display had serious wear. The black coating was worn off of all of the user interface buttons. When I installed the radio, the "Audio Control" knob did not work. Luckily I have a background in electronics and engineering and I was able to scavenge parts from my old radio and make one good radio. Overall I am NOT HAPPY with this purchase.
Other issues I had included unanswered calls to the help line. I called referencing a small charge on my credit card from them that was labeled as some type of activation fee. I simply requested an explanation. I also questioned a descrepency between the invoice amount the amount billed to my card."

"Very unhappy with the product. Do not like the sound at all. I can get better sound by hitting a piece of wax paper than how that box makes the subs sound. Need to make a "spacer ring" as the subs are 3/16" to tall for the box; I do not want to use shallow-mount subs. Box did not fit well at all. Had to move one of the legs to get the box to fit half way decent. I will not buy another "custom-fit" box or any other product from this company."

No need to log in to ups and deal with their system and complicated tracking number. Just log into your account at hifi and click track it under order history. It linked directly to UPS and auto entered that tracking number that is a mile long and gave me my estimated ship date. Easy to order, easy to recieve, thats how it should be."
