"The order was a simple one. However a misleading description led me to order the wrong items. Regardless, I have been attempting to get a return authorization for 2 speakers for the past 4 days. I have never had such poor service just trying to return a product. In addition to this debacle what I feel is their error they are still charging me a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! The boxes have never been opened and I am paying a huge freight bill to return them. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!
The ISSUE is I have requested an RA # 4 times and I never get the number only another e-mail asking me to fill it out again and again. I filled it out and sent it in 4 times... just issue me a my R.A. # so I can return the speakers... and with the complications in this matter, excellent customer care and what I AM EXPECTING - would be to waive the return shipping and the restocking fees as most of your competitors do..."
