"I ordered a USB LED light to hook to my computer. I needed it shipped to a different address. I went back and forth between their site and PayPal trying to change the shipping address.

It did not change correctly so I explained in their "Notes" section where I wanted it shipped and the problem I was having.

They never read their own "notes" section and mailed it to the wrong address.

I reported the problem 4 days ago ( by email because they would not answer the phone and they said email would be faster)and today they tell me it is not their fault.

I will never use them again and would recommend using someone else. I even gave them the opportunity to fix this before posting a review.

The Latest - on 11/28 the write:
Hello,
This error was not on our end, did you used to have "*** * **** ***" address on
your PayPal account? I show it was delivered there do you still know
someone who lives there?

Yes it IS your fault. Read the NOTES section on the invoice THAT YOU SENT ME!

Hello,
The confirmed address should have been updated in your PayPal account in the first place and this would have all been avoided as our store policy
states we have to ship to that address. It doesn't look like we can get the item back, does a full refund sound like the ideal solution?

And again, I told you that on YOUR SITE the address WOULD NOT CHANGE and that there was a PROBLEM with going back and forth between PayPal and your site. I also told you in YOUR NOTES SECTION where I wanted it shipped. If there was a problem with the addresss then someone should have contacted me before it was shipped and I could have told you to cancel the order or given
you a new physical address. It is in the NOTES section of YOUR site.
Nowhere did I see that you would not send through the post office ad that a street address was required.

What do you want me to advise?

AND a PS:

PS - UPS WILL deliver to a PO box. Just need a phone number to go with it.

Im sorry but we do not read every note before it ships we have 200 + shipments a day. if there was a problem you should of not paid. we only
shipped where you asked us to ship it. once you pay it gets uploaded and shipped out.

"I purchased "Custom Dual 10" Wrangler Enclosure Box" JEEP2X10RL I received the speaker box in a timely fashion and it was what I expected. I was slightly disappointed that when the speakers were installed they hung off the edge of the box. Also the speaker terminals where inexpensive and the nuts that held the terminals where corroded. I had to take them apart and sand the corrosion of before they would make a good contact. I would have been pleasantly surprised if the box would have come with speaker wire to connect the speakers and even brackets to mount the box to my vehicle. Your website gave me the confidence to purchase through it; due to the details of each item.(specific description and pictures)The overall experience was good and I would probably purchase equipment from HiFisound connection again."

"I received the kits and harness's on time and in good condition. The problem that I had was that the wiring harness that was said to fit my Toyota 2000 4-Runner was not even close to be the correct fit. It was kit number BHA1761"

"horrible experience. i wish i checked this website / bbb before i ever started dealing with this company. i can not believe the level of incompetence at the supervisory level from this company. First off the packing was not the best and my original order was damaged beyond use. (UPS also looks as if they manhandled the box). they send me out a replacement a few days later. one of the boxes sent was also damaged in shipping... (bad luck huh ?) so at that point i wanted a refund. after calling ups and hifisoundconnection for over 3 weeks i gave up and accepted another shipment of the same product that i ended up buying somewhere else because i could not wait and now i am forced to sell this extra item on craigs list to get some of my money back. The CS manager "YENSE or however you spell his name never calls back after leaving 3 or 4 messages and giving him a week !) they made me pay for return shipping of a defective item !!! i spent $25 to ship that back. HORRIBLE POLICYS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT !!! STAY AWAY !!!! if you think this is a joke just try to connect to thier online chat. and because that does not work try calling... no answer. leave a message. what a joke. ---------------------------------------------------------- Response after rebuttal --------------- you are a LIAR. the subwoofer returned was defective. the cone reenforcement was glued on crooked and caused the voicecoil to rub. you guys lie like a rug. AND i wanted a refund because i was tired of receiving damaged goods... not because i had buyers remorse. obviously you deal in a lot of buyers remorse because people have lots of remorse after dealing with your lousy company. nuff said. liars !"

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with our company. The reason you had to pay shipping back to us was because you ordered the wrong subwoofers and since this was your mistake we could only cover the shipping back to you. Also since you only wanted to return one of the two products we sent you the replacements you requested was considered buyers remorse. We can only accept products back within a certain period of time for a refund. The very first packages that were shipped to you arrived without any damage. We cannot control the way UPS handles our packages but they all come with free shipping insurance and we gladly replaced your damaged box. Our policy is on our website for our customers and the public to read before purchasing the product. We cannot control any mistakes you make while shopping with us or the way UPS treats packages.”

"The enclosure fits nicely under the driver's-side rear seat of my '03 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab. I had an Alpine 10" E-series sub installed in the box and it looks/sounds great. This enclosure was anywhere from 15 to 170 dollars less than similar enclosures on other websites. I would recommend this product to anyone."

"Hi Fi Sound always has my product in stock and ships very very quickly every single time. I've ordered at least 10 separate orders and it never takes more than 2-3 business days to receive the order. If part of the order is not in stock or back ordered they split the order at their expense. It takes a bit of time to get a CSM rep on the phone but once you do they show they really care about your business. The CSM rep that I was connected to asked me if their was anything else I could use at the time, stating they would include it at their expense. Wow. they did this to appease me after I expressed dissatisfaction with the wait time and multiple times it took to reach someeone. Still, after the multiple order's gone bad with other Car Audio Electronics online stores, HI Fi Sound Connection is a knight in shining armor!!"
