"Since the Razer Blade Stealth isn't available in the Netherlands, I decided to order it with Hidevolution. It was my first time purchasing a product from a company outside of the EU, so I was a bit sceptical, but after some chats with the extremely friendly customer support I decided to take the gamble.
Donald helped me through the payment by creating me a quote, which was super useful because I got a good picture of the total cost that way. He recommended me to take the UK dispatch, because that way it was cheaper.
More than 1.5 week passed and still no sign of my notebook, so I decided to open another chat. Donald concluded the shipment was lost somewhere, and that I had to wait some time for it to reappear.
Well, it didn't. Almost another full week later and still no sign of my laptop. I checked with Donald again. He sent out another laptop.
The replacement laptop didn't arrive either, so back to the chat I went. Eventually the 3rd laptop was sent via Direct Express Shipping, and it received in just three days time. The money for the UK dispatch was kindly refunded along with money for the import-taxes. Donald and Ted helped me both with the eventual solution and it worked out great.
Great company, great service, but not so great UK dispatch service, but they sorted it out very customer-friendly.

Hi devolution had some of the best upgrades possible that I could not find from any other vendor. Ted, I believe he is the owner has some of the best customer service skills ever. There was a small hiccup with my order but Ted kept me up to date and solved all the issues so I received my system on time.

"Although at first I had my doubts, like any customer should, these guys gave me nothing to worry about. They provided me with free express shipping given that I needed my laptop ASAP since I was about to travel overseas.
