"I ordered a custom guide dog harness in November of last year. It is now almost March.
I was quoted a 6-8 week wait, which I was more than fine with, and I was told it would be sent out before Christmas. Then after Christmas. In the middle of January, it still was not completed due to an issue with the handle making process. I was told in early February that my harness would not be shipped out. Nothing for two weeks. Almost a week has passed since they gave me tracking info that states that they never even SENT THE PACKAGE OUT. And then on Saturday, a day that they clearly state they're open, there's apparently nobody in the office to process a refund.
I am disabled. My eye sight is terrible, I have PTSD that can cause me to pass out. I need my service dog to guide me to a safe place so I can sit down, and I needed this harness to do that safely. I strongly caution against buying from them."
"Please do not order from them. I order on Monday and paid for $30 extra for express shipping And they mailed it out ground shipping and took my $30 I paid and didn’t mail it out express shipping. I needed the vest today for a rodeo this weekend and now fedex won’t deliver until Monday. The customer service to horrible and only wanted to refund me my $30. What about the hotel fees and the rodeo entry fees now that we are out because the vest didn’t get here in time. The owner of the store is very rude and no customer service at all. PLEASE don’t order from them and pay express shipping cause they will keep your money and mail out ground. "
"I ordered the HILASON TREELESS WESTERN TRAIL PLEASURE saddle sku: HSTO102BZBK. It arrived very quickly. The quality over all is decent for the price. It is black and the black is rubbing off after only a year. Everything else about it still looks great. But the color is why it got 4 stars not 5. I have had email and phone contact with questions about various things prior to and after purchase. Responses were quick and adequate. My mare used to fuss the entire time I tacked her until I got this saddle and we've tried many. It fits her and she's happy with it that is the most important thing to me. I was able to change the conchos out with ease. I put on stirup turners and different stirups. I'm very short so we had to put more holes in the leather and nylon this was no problem. I find it the most comfortable saddle I've ridden in. I've had it a year and 3 months. Since it worked so well I got my best friend one for her mare. First ride she loved it. I'd recommend you give them a try if your thinking about it."

"I order a plain 17" wade. What i recieved was a fully tooled half padded seat.....at no cost extra...they said was due to seat size avl. And online i was actually 90.00 under that models cost. So im well pleased....!"
"The d ring ripped out of the leather the first time I cinched up. Got it fixed at local leather shop($300) he was not impressed with quality and said it was not safe and would not last. 5 years later after very little use it is unsafe again as the pomel is loose. Horrible product!!! "
"I bought my first flex tree saddle back in 2017 and it’s held up very well! I’ve had no issues with soreness in multiple horses with VERY different conformation. It’s fit shark fin withers to the bulldog foundation bred quarter horses to the average withered horse. I’ve had many friends ride in and say say it’s one of the most comfortable saddles they’ve rode in. Fits my horses, fits the rider. Worth every penny. "

Very flexible and you can use your legs so much easier, want a deeper seat? get a bigger size im a 13 and use a 14 and i love it, i haven had any problems with it at all no fading no rip or tearing or anything. ive been riding in it for almost 2 years and have had my horse checked by the chiropractor and they say she is perfect so im saving 100 dollars a month by using this saddle.

I called them up and talked to a wonderful young lady who gave me all the information I needed before purchase; after discussing everything, I felt comfortable purchasing a saddle of my own. I chose the floral tooled treeless saddle with the turquoise seat. They walked me through the whole purchase and the saddle was here in record time (4 days)! "I had order a saddle from Hilason and when I received it there was a lose screw, because of work and other things I did not get a chance to tell them right away. When I did email them, they asked for picture but then I heard nothing, so I had it fixed. Then I finally tired it on my horse and it didn't fit, so I sent them another email and asking if I could trade it for another and have not heard anything. I suggest not to buy from them."
"I bought the HSTW model about 5 years ago, they had send two left fenders. It took me 5 calls and telling them that I am in the process to order another saddle, in order to get the right fender.
I am now considering a new saddle from them, because it looks like they improved on their design.
I just hope the customer service has improved too."
