My only criticism is to the Curt hitch itself, not hitchanything. The hitch was a perfect fit for my car, but the vehicle tow fitting in the rear attachment fitting left a large gap and tended to rattle. It took 3 large fender washers to fill the gap and produce a tight connection to the tow hook. "

Was finally told item would ship week of aug 26th. Company has had my credit card charged since 8/4 for the whole order. On 8/21 I received email indicating no projected ship date for my hitch. On Aug 23, I called company to cancel order and refund my card. I also asked them to issue a call tag for the return of the t connector that I have no use for given that I have never received hitch I ordered (that was confirmed as shipped on 8/5). The rep with an attitude indicated that she would submit my request for a refund. Buyers beware."
