"The descriptionof the item said Hitch, and vechile specific wiring harness, well it was the vehicle specific harness, but only for the connection to the lights on the trailer, I still needed the controller module, but that is sold as a seprate part all together, anyway, trying to return the one part and having to order the other part... did not come as a package, which was discounted, so the price was differnt and I had to wait a day to get authorization, but had to purchase the new part at the regular price, That was Tuesday, it's Friday, I still have not received the part, and I can't use my hitch... not interested in returning the part, just want to use my hitch, the folks at Customers service certainly did not really care for there job... and the sevice is nothing more than an internet order of buyer better understand what they need or you end up like me...Frustrated"

"Orders not filled. Put on back order with no notification. Long process for refund. One dept must send authorization to another...= Wasted 10 days of my time. *UPDATE. Sent me email advising that could not give refund because hitch that was on back order had already shipped from the manufacture. When items are in stock ...they are Great. Back order is selling something you don't have and should be marked as out of stock when ordered."
