"Beware online orders from HME Medical Shop. Their customer service is appalling. I ordered a small part two weeks ago, and despite a $25 delivery charge and advertised next day delivery, I have not received it ten business days later. The first tracking number they provided me was incorrect. I pointed this out immediately but the error was not acknowledged for several days and a new number was not provided for a full week. The current number shows the location of my package, but provides no delivery date. HME represent themselves as a responsive, customer service oriented company, but they don’t answer their phone, they provide simplistic and incorrect responses to email enquires, and their chat function is a joke. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, they have made no attempt to context me or to resolve the situation. Buyer beware."
