"Ordered 9/7/09 and received an Exceed RC 2.4Ghz 6 chan transmitter/receiver on 10/9/09. Fast local delivery, but the item was obviously a used item that had been returned to them as indicated by the parts and packing. The CD was missing and that item contained the user's manual + software needed to use the unit. After calling them on 10/9, I received an email link on 10/13 from their customer service to an (affiliate?) website, xheli.com, to download a copy of a similar unit's manual/software. Would have much preferred to receive a new, un-opened unit with all the parts instead of fast delivery of a used item."
