"I placed this order on 11/7/12 at hobbytron.com and realized immediately I forgot to use my gift card. I called them within a minute to explain and cancel the order so I could replace it using the gift card. They said no problem and the order was canceled. About a week later I look over my bank statement and was charged for both orders. I called again and was told once you hit submit you will be charged but they will refund the amount. I was upset I was not told that in the first place but whatever, it was my fault I forgot to use the gc. Another 2 weeks pass and I still have not been refunded. I call again and after trying to call all day i finally get a hold of a representative. They overlooked my refund but will send it in again. A few days later my credit card is stolen and I had to cancel it and get a new card. I called hobbytron again today (took an hour or get someone on the phone) to explain I no longer have that card and and give them my new number and they say they can't do that, it has to be the original card. I DO NOT have that card any longer. I explain that and as Im put on hold AGAIN I get hung up on. Now I can not get a hold of anyone AGAIN. It has been over 2 months with no refund. It is so hard to get ahold of customer service and when I do they dont help. Extremely fed up and frustrated. This isnt even going into one of my items not working and them refusing to refund it. What a headache! "
