"Will never use HobbyTron ever again. Purchased an RC Helicopter for my son for Christmas. The product was defective. There is no way to contact this company by phone so I went through their e-mail process to request permission to return. That's right you must request permission for them to hear your case. After 2-5 days they will then respond back with return authorization number, which they did. So I sent the defective item back on my expense. That's right up to you to pay for shipping their broke crap back to them after paying them to send the broke crap to you in the first place. Now comes the fun part. You get to wait 2-3 weeks for them to respond to you and let you know if they will even repair or replace the item. Works out great for them. They now have my money and merchandise and don't care whether this ever gets resolved. I'm not just saying that they told me, well typed that to me. Thank you HobbyTron. Would recommend to anyone...NOT!"
