First time ordering with Holabird, very satisfied

"My shoes arrived quickly and nicely packaged with an endearing note showing my package had been 'Winston Approved' with an image of a Boston terrier (my mom's favorite dog breed - I had to scan the card and email her a copy of it). The shoes worked out fine so I didn't need to find out how easy Holabird returns are, but I ordered with them for two reasons, the good price and the ability to return the shoes if they didn't fit correctly."

Order cancelled without a good reason - Updated

"My order was cancelled without notice. In the website, the order status was processing, all the time. After, ten days, I had to write to CS and after a while, they notify me that the order was cancelled with a not credible reason. Awful service.

After I received the answer of the previous message, I called to CS and talk to Martha. I think de CS is for solve problems or suggest alternatives in order to have a nice buying experience... In this case, It wasn't. To short the story: No solution, no shoes for me! Again not a good service.

After the last comment, I did recibe an email with some apologies about my last call. They offered me a 10% discount and $25 gift card, If would I put a new order. So, I did it. I got the 10% discount and the 25 dollars gift card applied to the new order. At the end of this experience, I got a very good price on a pair of running shoes and I'm using my new shoes.

For your safety and ours, we called the phone number provided with the order to see if you were indeed placing the order because the shipping and billing address do not match up. After calling, we were notified that no one at that phone number placed the order. If this is not the case, please call us toll free at (866) 860-1416 to confirm that you were indeed placing he order and we can get your items shipped out to you right away! ”
