"I ordered tennis balls online on 10/10/2020 and it has been 14 days and I still don’t have the balls. I was contacted by The company on 10/12/2020 and was informed that the balls were on backorder. On 10/16/2020 I called and spoke to a customer service rep who said the balls would be in that same day OT next day and to expect the balls in 3 days at the latest.
I still don’t have my balls. Before you order from Holabird you may want to call to see if they have the product in stock otherwise you will be in the same position as me. Good luck!"
